30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Customers must contact us before sending any product back.
Unauthorised returns may be delayed, refused or impossible for us to identify.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY

- Clean
- Undamaged
- Complete
- Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
Products that have been materially used, altered, contaminated, damaged through misuse or returned without required components may not qualify for a refund.

- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Shipping label photograph where available
RETURN PROCESS
If the request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the product is defective, damaged before delivery or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
CVNGHFX™ is not responsible for parcels lost during an unauthorised or untracked return.
REFUNDS
After the returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you whether the request is approved.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Original shipping charges, taxes or customs duties may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
EXCHANGES
Direct exchanges may not be available for every product. Where an exchange cannot be arranged, the return and any new order may be handled separately.
